There are 3 tiers of AM Pro Team subscription:

  • Free Team

  • Premium Team

  • Enterprise Team

If you are on an Enterprise Team or Premium Team subscription, it’s possible to downgrade your AM Pro subscription. Doing this will remove the benefits of the subscription tier that you have been subscribed to.


Benefits lost when downgrading


Enterprise to Premium

  • 2Gb → 1Gb total storage

  • External/user storage option removed

  • Unlimited team members → 25 team members

  • Unlimited packages per category → 25

  • Unlimited teams under single owner → 10

  • Owner no longer able to access user activity logs

Please note: If downgrading from Enterprise to Premium, you can only do so if you first:

  1. Reduce your cloud storage, teams, users and packs per category to bring them within the premium plan limits.

  2. Disconnect any external/user storage.

Enterprise to Free

  • 2Gb → 300MB total storage

  • External/user storage option removed

  • Unlimited team members → 3 team members

  • Unlimited packages per category → 2

  • Unlimited teams under single owner → 1

  • Owner no longer able to access user activity logs

  • Priority support removed

Please note: If downgrading to Free, your account will be reset and all packages, teams and users will be deleted.


Premium to Free

  • 1Gb → 300Mb total storage per user

  • Minimum number of Team Members 2  → 1

  • Maximum Team Members 25  → 3

  • Maximum packages per category 25 → 2

  • Maximum teams under single owner 10 → 1

  • Priority support removed
