As mentioned above, AM Pro enables users to submit an update to an existing Pack, including updating individual files and associated metadata rather than rebuilding and uploading the entire Pack. Activity logs provide an audit trail of these important asset management actions, enabling Team Administrators to see who made the change and when.
The Revisions feature enhances this further, creating a recoverable history of every Pack update, and giving Teams the ability to go back to an earlier state whenever needed.
Each version is:
Timestamped
Shows which Team Member made the change
Shows the Pack contents for the relevant Windows or macOS environment
In the event that a file is overwritten, removed, or updated incorrectly, users can restore an earlier version of the Pack rather than rebuilding it manually, with Team Owners and Managers retaining wider oversight across shared Team assets.
There is no fixed rollback point, so Teams can move back through the revision history as far as required. Key versions can also be bookmarked, making important milestones easier to return to later.
To view the revisions history, go to Asset Manager (1) on the left hand menu and select Illustrator (2), then select Team Settings (3) from the tab at the top.
AM Pro Teams - Finding revisions
Now click the arrow next to whatever you want to view the revisions for, e.g. Brushes, Symbols, Swatches, or Graphic Styles etc.
If anything has been uploaded, it will show when you click that arrow. Here for example, the Team Manager has uploaded a pack named Symbols pack example 1 to the Symbols folder.
AM Pro Teams - Select which pack history to view
The Team Owner has then uploaded an updated version of the pack, followed by a further upload from the Team Manager. You can view all versions here in the revision history.

On the left (1) you can see the date and time that the revision was uploaded, and on the right (2) you can see the user who uploaded it.
